The Wellness Accelerator is our series of group wellness workshops. This program emphasizes the importance of social, physical, financial, emotional, mental, and spiritual wellness. Each lesson plan provides knowledge, skills, and resources to promote individual as well as communal growth!

Wellness Wednesday is a group seminar which is designed to cover all aspects of being well. Cumulatively, this program aims to benefit the individual’s physical, mental, emotional, social, financial, and spiritual wellness. Participants will leave this program feeling refreshed, excited for the opportunity to improve their individual wellness along with that of their communities!

Expanding access to safety training in marginalized communities. True Community transforms the safety and health of our communities by finding innovative solutions for removing barriers and providing access to training resources. We are able to do this through our strategic partnerships. Collaboration with our partnerships creates opportunities for people who otherwise would have limited access to safety training. The goal of our emergency training services is to help individuals acquire the knowledge and skills to protect and preserve life, alleviate suffering, and promote safety in their communities. 

We provide training courses from three nationally recognized organizations: The American Red Cross, The American Heart Association, and the American Safety and Health Institute. Examples of some of the courses we provide include First Aid/CPR Instructor Trainer, Basic Life Support (BLS), Adult and Pediatric First Aid/CPR/AED, Bloodborne Pathogens, as well as many others.
